Scenario
Follows Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham as they see their long-running rivalry come to an end. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner had previously filmed at Chavenage House (a rival monastery). The same filming location was also used to portray Trenwith House in 2015. In the BBC TV adaptation of Poldark. Absolutely incredible – the wit, the innuendos, the humor, the characters, the 80’s relevance, the actors, the locations. – In a TV show, it’s perfection. This type of TV has been missing for at least the last decade – it has it all. Sentimentality and joy, tears of laughter and sadness, nostalgia on steroids and actors playing their roles to perfection. I have not one bad word to say about this show. Hats off to the writers, cast, crew and everyone else involved. I’m watching it a second time because there are too many one-offs to remember the first time around. Well done!
