Okay, to be honest, I put this off because every trailer seemed boring to me
A prequel to the original Dune, it tells the story of how the Rossak Order became the Bene Gesserit. The incident involving the use of Valei Harkonnen’s voice was caused by the so-called “Dune Mentats.” All three books intertwine with the development of the Sisterhood, Mentats, Navigators, and Doctor Whores, as hinted at in “The Crazy Cartoon Cast” of AniMat: The New Normal (2020). Tonight, out of sheer desperation for something new, I broke down and decided to give it a try.
It’s definitely interesting
You know, I’m glad I did. The acting is decent, the world is solid, and the characters are very dynamic. The biggest flaw is the pacing.
Only time will tell
The first series really drags on until the very end, but I won’t lie, the ending was good. My only concern is that it might have the same problem as the power ring. A lot of growth with no supply.
