Bokushi offers a program for American combat veterans who are looking for their “purpose” and their path. The government is now concerned about the rapid rise of these well-armed, highly trained and eternally devoted Shinjas within the cult “Program.” The majority (80%) of the film, whose budget is 38 million euros, will be shot in Thessaloniki and the rest in Drama, with filming continuing until July 25.
